2nd half fairly late Budinger passes up a 3 and dishes it. I think a foul got called and as they head to the bench you can see O'Neill clear as day yelling at Chase "just shoot the bleeping ball." So they come out of the time out inbounds, screen, Budinger nails a 3. And as he's jogging downcourt you can see him say "finally".

I'm not sure but I got the impression that budinger was a bit upset that O'Neill was on him like that but I honestly think KO is right, Chase is a gifted offensive guy, he can't pass up big shots.

Chase's stock is plummeting with each subsequent game. I think Olsen was was right when he said Chase was the most talented kid to come through Tucson - but he isn't the best player by any stretch.

He has too many holes in his game and appears to be mentally weak IMHO. Personally I love the kid and want to see him do well but so far I am not impressed.

This is Bayless's team until further notice.

The good news is Chase should be back next year and hopefully Bayless also. Lute's style of play better suits Chase.

Trust me this is not the case. His stock isnt where anyone expected it to be (top 5), but he is a lottery pick the day he leaves Tucson. Even right now. He hasnt shown everything I was expecting from him, but we know its in there. The NBA drafts on potential and Chase has as much potential as you can get out of a 2 guard.

I agree 100%. Chase has started to turn that corner with intensity, but he still needs to get fired up and use his skills to beat people off the dribble not just shoot over them.

It's Jerryd's team until he leaves Tucson, not a doubt in my mind.
