It occurred to me last night that the Dragic picks we traded was to get back the Lakers pick we traded for Knight.

So ultimately we traded Dragic for Knight straight up.

Yep. At the time, I probably would not have had a problem with that. In hindsight Knight has been a disappointment.

I will agree that Woj had better inside sources than Gambo, however, I was listening on internet radio which seemed to be delayed by at least a minute. It was behind Woj and even behind posts on this board and Gambos tweets.

I’m fine with getting Bridges this year than waiting until 2021 for pick. 2021 draft will probably be without 1 and done rule (depending on how fast CBA can be agreed on). Plus who knows how good MIA will be in 2 years (pick could end up in teens with our luck), we’d be waiting 2 years to probably take some high school kid we hope develops quickly.
