Disney has hired Tiffany Paulsen (Nancy Drew) to write Further Adventures in Babysitting, with Raven Symone and Miley Cyrus to star and Lynda Obst producing.

The project is a remake of 1987's Adventures in Babysitting, which David Simkins wrote and Chris Columbus directed in his feature bow. Obst and the late Debra Hill produced for Disney's Touchstone label.

Elisabeth Shue starred as a suburban high school senior whose dull night of babysitting is interrupted by a call for help from a friend.

I didn't realize until I watched this movie about 2 years ago that Thor was played by Private Pile from Full Metal Jacket. That loses some respectability right there

I admit, I was skeptical of the claim, but after a little IMDBing I have to say, I'm suprised. Might have to watch AiB again.

Every time I watch Mr. D'Onofrio I just think of his last scene in Full Metal Jacket.

Takes me out of the moment, but that's a testimate to just how good a job he did in that scene.

Me too. I recently watched Strange Days and the first thing I thought of when I saw his character was that scene.
