Chicago right wing Patrick Kane broke an NHL record for American-born players with a point in his 19th consecutive game, scoring on a power play and assisting on Niklas Hjalmarsson's first goal of the season. Jeff Carter ignited the Kings' comeback, converting his own rebound 52 seconds into the third.
