Gallery: ‘Reijnders wakes up Milan’, ‘Conceicao, phew!’ – Today’s front pages in Italy
As highlighted by the front pages of the Italian papers this morning, AC Milan turned another game around, turning a deficit into a win. This time out, Christian Pulisic and Tijjani Reijnders were crucial.
We have seen it so many times this season; Milan shift into a different gear once they have conceded. Or at least sometimes, and yesterday was one of those days as the Rossoneri turned 0-1 down into 2-1 up against Como.
Today’s newspapers highlighted the comeback and also praised the likes of Tijjani Reijnders and Christian Pulisic for their contributions. The Dutchman was named the MOTM in our player ratings, while the American got a very high score as well at 7.5/10.
Clearly, the Rossoneri have a foundation to build on despite all the difficulties this season.
