Following a leadoff single by Dyson , Peralta and Jones single and the D-backs jump out to a 1-0 lead in the 1st.

Then Escobar walks, but Marte hits a foul pop-up and Ahmed strikes out to leave the bases loaded.

Dyson is becoming very valuable to the D-backs. Not only the leadoff single to score the run, but a good outfield assist in CF when the runner on 1B makes too big a turn at 2B on a single and Dyson throws him out.

Everybody in the stadium expects Godley to crap the bed in the 6th.

Why isn’t relief ready?

Archie's giving up one home run a game is still intact.

'Stepped out for a while. Good comeback after Godley blew it.

Then they take the lead again on another Archie HR. Then we mount a rally in the 9th.

And lose again. In a Division where San Diego is in 1st place.

The D-backs get our hopes up, then fall short.

Oh well, it's better than the Suns, who never got our hopes up. For almost a decade.
