On almost any other team he would be a 4 or 5 due to inconsistency and walks...maybe a 3. That is opinion. What is fact is in his career he is a one hit wonder (2017). A player will show you who is if you allow him to and Robbie is showing who he is.

Today's outing is closer to normal than the last couple of starts where he pitched pretty well.

We are 43-43. An average team with an average record. TL has gotten more out of this lineup than most mangers could. Yeah, it is easy to jump on him when a decision does not work out. And sometimes his decisions defy logic. But for every poor decision, he has made many more wise decisions (which are rarely acknowledged) . None of us are mangers, none of us know what goes on behind the scenes. His loyalty to some players remind me of Arians, and it cost him his job. Can we realistically expect to compete with the Dodgers. $$$ says NO. We have 1, ONE, player making more than 7 million. THEY have 7, SEVEN players making more the 17 MILLION. Dave Roberts is an idiot but has the best lineup money can buy. TL will be gone soon, as we will probably miss the playoffs this year. But I don't think he is our main problem, it runs much deeper than that.

Unless they completely tank from here on out, there is no way he gets fired. I guess I agree that maybe he has gotten more out of this team than expected but I also think it is fair to say this was really around a .500 team to begin with thus the results are expected.

My opinion is that this is not a .500 team without TL. We are closer to what most of us predicted including 1Sun's 61 win season.
