2 picks, 5 tackles, 2 assisted tackles, and 2 passes defended. What the?

No question he is the #2 now and serviceable.

Great that we have a #2 CB. Good job by the FO. Seems like he needed a change of scenery.

Gives some time for BW to learn.

All the research on him basically says he was a 7th rounder by SF, cut in camp, then started a few games in KC his rookie year and had 3 picks and 21 PD. After that he slipped down the depth chart. Nothing says why, it was rookies playing ahead of him in KC so id imagine there were reasons he slid down the depth chart.

Really instinctive player, but also a bit of right place right time on the pick 6. Gotta love his hustle too.

The reason as much as anything was that the Chiefs have drafted 5 CBs the last two years....all good ones too.

One game doesn't make a career, but I'll say he's off to a good start. I said when we picked him up that maybe he's been a bit humbled and has realized that he has to work at his craft...or else.

David Johnson was an animal this game and Palmer was sharp. He had a couple passes to Johnson that were just beauty.

David Johnson is a STUD and it will be fun watching him rack up all kinds of yards in all kinds of ways.
