The Suns have longer-term plans. They've had three teenagers on the court at the same time in their opening two losses, a dynamic that will change Sunday, when Devin Booker, the starting shooting guard, turns 20.

Rookies Marquese Chriss (19) and Dragan Bender (19) are left to carry the flag for the teen-age crew, along with Derrick Jones, who has yet to see action in the regular season.

Already the Suns have seen improvement, going from a 113-94 home loss to the Sacramento Kings to a 113-110 overtime defeat on the road against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

"The first game, I couldn't really sleep on," Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe noted after Friday's game. "But this game, we made great strides."

Watson needs to play Ulis more. He brought energy in the opener. Give him some of Knight's minutes.

I wonder when the Suns will actually win their first game. After seeing Philly, Nets and the Lakers play, I think we have a legit shot at finishing with the worst record in the league this season.

I didn't think the Warriors would miss Bogut so much on rim defense but they are missing him now. The Suns are taking the ball to the rim at will right now.

Sounds like Chriss is being aggresive so far.

Booker is ice cold so far this season.

This looks like what the Suns are this year there gonna be a tough out for anyone. The better teams will be able to outlast them

So many die hard Warrior fans in the stands. Good for them for sticking it out through those sub .500 seasons.....

I really like Booker, bit I don't see the super star the media is trying to make him out to be. He is a very good shooter and can drive to the lane. Still doesn't have the ability to take a game over.

Between his ankle sprain and his turf toe, we're not seeing the real Booker just yet.

Bender should be playing much more than he did today. He actually did a better job on Durant than anyone else.

And Ulis should cut into Brandon Knight's minutes.

Seriously, how is Knight so horrible at playing basketball as a professional NBA player?

Earl Watson should really reconsider playing Tucker and Knight less than Bender and Ulis.

If he's not healthy then he shouldn't be playing. He's not helping the team and he might be making his injury even worse.

Plus we supposedly have strong depth at the guard positions anyway.

I totally agree with this. It's not helping Booker either. It's ruining his stats and confidence. If it's turf toe, it is painful and will hinder performance greatly. Sit him.
