Call whoever provides your internet access and ask them if there's a bandwidth restriction. Sometimes they won't let you stream large amounts of bandwidth and a Suns game will have a lot.

They have links for NBA basketball, and although I haven't watched a game there yet, I've used it to watch live soccer and I haven't had a problem finding a good feed yet. You may need to download sopcast or a similar program.
