Garland was tremendous last night

Shame he couldn't get the win.

Much as it hurts me, got to credit Melvin with a bold and timely hit and run call and a good pinch hit move of Clark for rally killer Young. Those late moves made the difference.

Haren, Davis, Garland and Scherzer have all peformed far better than their records indicate.. They deserve so much more from this team...

BTW - Upton little scribbler up the 3rd base line was quite important last night as well...
