He's 36/40, 486 yards, 6 TDs vs Baylor...

Oh yeah, and there's still 5 mins left in the 3rd quarter!!

577 yards and 7 TDs now... early 4th quarter..

63-49 WVU -- glad the defenses showed up!

One of the craziest games I can remember..

70-63 WVU with 3 mins left..

Geno has 635 yards and 8 TDs.. and the Baylor QB has 581 yards and 5 TDS..

And both teams have a WR over 300 yards receiving.

The QB from Delaware put up 700+ yards last week. I think that mark will be just out of Smith's reach but man his stock is soaring right now, the next RGIII?

Other than having to listen to Petros Papadakis, that was a very entertaining game.

Sorry guys, it's just not entertaining if there's zero defense being played.

But Geno Smith is amazing and, in the Big 12, shouldn't have much in the way to keep him from putting up more video game stats.

Same guy who put up 70+ points against Clemson in the Peach Bowl last year. Dana Halgorsen is a Mike Leach protege and points come easily to him. I have been on the Geno Smith bandwagon, ever since he left South Florida from High School.

He is definitely Heisman material. That committee loves Big 12 guys and Geno & Dana will eat up lack of Defense in Big 12.

So is Art Briles. So you get 70-63.

The QB for Kansas State , Colin Klein, deserves consideration, at least as an invitee.

IF, and it is a gigantic IF, Johnny Football leads his team to a win over Alabama, he's going to jump right to the top of the conversation for this year. His numbers in the SEC are just crazy. He LEADS the SEC in rushing and passing. I don't think voters would give it to a freshman, but if K State falls off, Notre Dame loses, it could actually happen.

He is, hands down, the most electric all round football player I've seen this year. His decking of a de, and then a lb, after a fumble in the LA Tech game is already damn near myth in College Station.

Well, self, I'd say Manziel is now a legit Heisman candidate leading his team to a win over Alabama.
