You'll be able to find it online and I am quoting from memory so I might be a bit off. When asked if Gentry felt comfortable this year that Hunter was even on the coaching staff Gentry said; "...(patented Gentry sigh), I dont feel comfortable answering that... it is what it is... it is what it is."
Wow. Gentry, no matter what anything thinks of his coaching talent, is regarded as one of the really stand up, nice guys in the league, and for him to say that, which is as close as he can come to really throwing a guy under the bus, is stunning. Casts some light on Majerle and Turner quitting... the O'Neal shouting match... sounds like Hunter is not a popular guy in the franchise, except in the eyes of the bumbling clown Lance Blanks, which is the only place where it matters.
