Germany Star Hailed For ‘NBA Style Dunk’ On Ex Barcelona Defender In Inter Milan 3-1 Cagliari Serie A Clash

Yann Bisseck has won plaudits for an “NBA style dunk” on Yerry Mina in yesterday’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Cagliari.

As TuttoMercatoWeb highlight, the German international received very positive scores in the player ratings for the match across Italian media.

Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck got a big goal against Cagliari yesterday evening.

Ten minutes into the second half at the San Siro, the scoreline was 2-1 in favour of Inter.

This was not exactly ideal for the Nerazzurri.

Particularly considering that Cagliari had gotten a goal back just after halftime.

Having squandered a 2-0 lead against Parma last weekend – and been fortunate not to have done so against Udinese the weekend before – Inter may have felt that they’ve seen this movey before.

However, defender Yann Bisseck had other ideas.

The 24-year-old rose highest to head home a Federico Dimarco corner kick.

And it was not just the quality of Bisseck’s header that deserved plaudits.

There was also the way that the German international easily jumped above, almost through, Cagliari defender Yerry Mina.

Considering that former Barcelona and Everton defender Mina has had an outstanding season at the back, getting the better of the Colombian is no mean feat.
