Last Saturday while watching the Arkansas football game on ESPN they showed a coaches board called "Getcha Beat". It was a board the Razorback coaches use to show players mental mistakes after each game. I thought it was a pretty good tool to evaluate the Cards mistakes and hopefully it will show reasons we lost or won. Some of the TV angles do not allow you to see all plays like the coaches film that the teams have, but I will deal with what I have. Certain categories like loafing and missed assignments are purely speculation because of coverage and responsibilities are determined by me. If a player misses a block and we lose yardage or miss a big play, I will count that as a missed assignment. FG's of 40 yards or less should be made at all times, so anything more is not counted. If you guys like this idea, I will do it after every game and keep a running total for the season. If you think there should be something added, I will look at it. I will do the "hawks game tommorrow.

There shouldn't be many loafing plays. Expect the Cards to play hard, every week.

*We all know the penalty on Wilson was total BS.

# I bet many didn't realize that BJ dropped a wide open pass from Kurt on the last drive at the 14-yd line. He might have scored!

On the lob to BJ in the endzone on 3rd down, Morey was wide open running a corner pattern. The pass to BJ was definately was a penalty. How do you keep Quan in to pass block on your last play on offense?

Any thoughts?

Every team in every game will have "getcha beat" plays except many times they don't cost the team a victory. We lost that game way before Wilsons hit, way before the pass to B.J. in the end zone, in fact we lost the game before half time. The mistakes we made prevented the great comeback to be enough to win. The second Td to Boldin should have been giving us the lead and the final field goal should have been the icing on the cake.
I can live with the pass to BJ for a couple of reasons.
1. He was single covered.
2. Warner had a window.
3. Boldin staying in to block allowed single coverage on Johnson.
4. Warner could have audibled out but apparently thought it was the right call. How can you really question him aftyer what he did in the second half?
