Giants coach Pat Shurmur won't commit to Eli Manning starting in Week 3

There will likely be a quarterback change this season for the New York Giants, it's just a matter of when. In his Monday news conference, Shurmur wouldn't say if Eli Manning will start in Week 3's game against the Buccaneers in Tampa. “We're gonna talk about everything moving forward,” Shurmur said, via Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News.
