Matt Cain scattered five hits over six innings, Aubrey Huff and Freddy Sanchez drove in three runs each and the San Francisco Giants defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 10-0 Saturday for their first win of the season. Miguel Tejada added two RBIs for the defending World Series champions, who had committed five errors in dropping a pair of one-run games to the rival Dodgers.
