Manu Ginobili had 30 points and a career-high 12 assists, and Tim Duncan added 25 points and 11 rebounds Saturday night to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 98-89 win over the New Orleans Hornets for their fifth straight win. Chris Paul had 27 points and David West 16 for the Hornets, who have lost two in a row and are tied atop the Southwest Division with a 37-17 record.
