Manu Ginobili scored 18 of his season-high 35 points in the fourth quarter to rally the San Antonio Spurs to a 95-88 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday night. The Spurs overcame the loss of Tony Parker and improved their NBA-best record to 49-10, tying a single-season franchise record with their 21st straight home victory.
