I will be in Missouri for the next ten days or so. I have sent a PM to another Cards fan about maybe having a Cardinal fan ASFN get together at a bar. This bar will be somewhere in between Jefferson City and St. Louis. Anybody interested let me know and maybe we can plan a get together to watch the Cards game this Sunday. I can't remember where this bar is at that I was told about where Cards fans get together at, but as soon as I find out I will let the board know. If I can find a ticket I might also be up for seeing the Cards in St. Louis at the Edward Jones dome and having the get together at a bar in St Louis before or after the game.

I wont be bar hoppin as my pop will be with me, but I was wondering if I will have any back up at the game, wearing my Boldin jersey amongst the evil Rams fans.

I usually watch the Cardinals lose at Ozzie's Sports Bar, along I-270 northwest of the city about 1/2 hour from downtown. There is another Cardinals fan that makes it there for about 8-10 games per year, and every now and then another stray Cardinals supporter may wander in. I have heard of other places in town where more may gather, although I'm committed to staying at Ozzie's as I know most of the regulars there. Of course, this Sunday I'll be at the game in person, and likely to return to Ozzie's afterwards to catch some of the late games. . . I'm sure you'll be able to get ahold of some decent tickets, as I hear Rams fans are all too happy to cash out at this point.

If I go to the game I'll have a Cardinals jersey with Snakester on the back. If I go to the game I'll probably go to a bar after the game. Either way I am looking forward to seeing other Cardinal fans. Here in North Carolina I don't see many. When I went to a Cardinal baseball game last year, I hit a couple bars with some of my cousins in St Louis. I am originally from St Louis so i'm still a little familiar with the area. I'm taking my Dually over so I'll pull up in a Black Dodge 3500.

Ozzie's, as in Ozzie Smith, the Cards old shortstop? I have not heard back from the guy I PM yet. Are the Rams not sold out? I just figured they would be sold out. I don't mind paying normal prices for tickets, but I don't normally buy tickets from scalpers as the price is usally jacked up.

Yes, the restaurant/bar is named for the ex-baseball player and was featured on ESPN's Cold Pizza as one of the Top Ten sports bars in America. Ozzie Smith himself shows up from time to time, but isn't the actual owner of the place. You're certainly more than welcome to join me there after the game, with whatever other Cardinals fans we can round up. I'll be heading out a bit late, though, as I usually stay by the visitors' buses until they all leave after the game.

As for the Rams-Cards tickets, I just checked on TicketMaster's website and there still are single and double tickets available. Of course, that's still not inexpensive, but at least they're for face value. . . and you won't have to risk being carried away in handcuffs for violating Missouri's scalping laws.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to the game Sunday. I am going to try and find Arizona Elvis and his tailgate party. It's here on the board so maybe I'll meet you all there.
