Just did a trade checker and a LaFrentz for Szerbiak deal works. That may make sense for both teams. With the Ainge and McKale connection, Googs may have been lead to Boston so this deal could go down.

The Boston Celtics can't trade Tom Gugliotta anytime soon. They just signed him as a free agent.

I know what you mean, but signing Gugliotta does not make anyone expendable, because he can't play. No way would any GM say, "Well, we don't need so-and-so anymore, because we got Tom Gugliotta." That's like saying that the Sonics could make Rashard Lewis expendable if they signed Dan Langhi.

Everyone knows the Celts are overloaded on the roster, it just so happens that Raef's and Wally's contracts match. A very hard thing to find these days. Just read an article and Raef is not at full strength either.elindholm said:
