Minnesota basketball player Reggie Lynch has been recommended for expulsion following a newly public allegation of sexual assault. The Star Tribune and the St. Paul Pioneer Press report the university's Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action office found Lynch responsible for sexual misconduct
