I know some Cardinal fans were actually rooting for the Cowgirls today against the Rams, but I couldn't find myself doing it. Hatred for them is too deeply rooted from the old NFC East days. As much as I hate the Rams I could not bring myself to root for the 'Pies either. The only othjer team I enjoy seeing lose so much is the Cubbies.

I doubt it. Dallas was without their QB, 1/2 of the running attack, #3WR, punter, FG holder, two best CBs and missed their SS for part of the game. I think their LG was missing as well. Those are some tough injuries to overcome.

The only remotely bad thing about Dallas tanking is that we likely will not get the chance to play (and beat) them again next year in their new billion dollar stadium.

The Cards are headed for a first place schedule in 2009 and if we hold on, the rotation would have us playing at the NFC East division winner. It would be nice to get a chance to wreck the Cowboys party in Jerry Jones' new Taj Mahal stadium. Instead, it would seem we're going to be making a trip to the Meadowlands...

True for the most part. With the exception of 2 opponents each year, schedules are determined on a rotational basis
