tsakalidis and outlaw will be here in memphis i'll get to see them whenever i want. i bet you guys are jealous!! i think colangelo strikes me as a man who likes to improve the team and is commited, but he's also more impatient it seems with players not developing or not preforming. i know this move was a slary issues, but we really didn't get much out of big jake when he was here. outlaw is awesome, but we have guys we need to develope that will be better than outlaw.

i think we are not done making moves, but we will see. i think mutombo would be nice for certain games. we might need him for some stuff, but we can win a lot against pretty much the whole east with a small lineup.

i haven't poste in a while. things are busy with music here. it's been good to come back for updates and stuff and read the posts. i missed the fantasy thing! the Boise tsunsami would have taken it anyways!!

You'll have to let us know how Big Jake looks there in Memphis. I'm guessing you'll still see the hands of stone and athleticism and speed of the three toed sloth.

but you will probably also see him getting a lot more minutes. Jerry west wanted a huge center for a while, so that pau can play pf instead.

You are right boise, BC is very impatient, but at least he didnt trade away any of the core (or even JJ). He seems committed to keeping those 4 together (steph, shawn, amare, jj) and doing what it takes for them to get enough time. Realistically, you give those guys another 2 seasons together, and they will be unstoppable. 3 people that should make an allstar team every year, and with any luck JJ will step up.

I think BC has this team heading in the right direction. Most of the best teams have a few stars, and a lot of quality role players. The Kings and Mavs aren't like that, and they've never been able to make it to the finals. I think we'll have Amare, Steph, and Shawn, and from there we really need just quality role players.
