Gretzky Lacing Up For Final 5 Games

Glendale - Phoenix Coyotes coach Wayne Gretzky in a move a desperation for his struggling franchise will play the final 5 games of the season as a player/coach. The move is designed to sell tickets for a franchise that is set to loss $30 million this season. When asked about his chances to score a goal at his age, Gretzky responded with, "You will have to ask Tocchet about odds". Gretzky then added, "I am going to go out there and play hard and hopefully then the day is done I can contribute and help these guys win out." Gretzky will make his season debut April 2 in a home game against the Kings. This will be his first game since he played for the Rangers in the 98-99 season.
