Why was Grant Hill so ineffective vs GS last night? Just 3 points? I like the 11 boards, but who was guarding him last night to have so little points? I didnt notice last night probably cause the beer... damn beer.

He fell and sprained his wrist early in the game, but he continued to play. I'm guessing it will be sore for a while.

This guy is amazing. He hurts his wrist and can't shoot so he figures out another way to impact the game. He played solid D, grabbed 11 boards, set picks.....

If you could put Hills bball IQ and drive into Diaw, LB and Amare the Suns would be undefeated.

He was undercut by monta ellis on the defensive rebound and sprained the wrist of his shooting hand. Hill was pissed that a foul wasnt called and let the ref know it and earned what may be his first technical as a sun.

He's been my favorite Sun all year long. He's the one player who I feel has left everything he's had on the floor for the team this year. I have often questioned the effort of other players on the team, but not Grant.

I hope so too. I was wondering if any information has been released about his injury or his status for tomorrows game.

if he's hurt at all he should sit the L.A game, we have important games coming up, and the Kings are turrible as Charles would say.

He is great I was wrong about him during the "bad period" on these boards.

I just wish he could shoot the 3, if he was a solid 40% volume 3 shooter we would probably be favorites for a trophy.

Oh well though, to get that we would have needed to pay 15 mil per for JJ instead of what we are paying hill anyway and JJ doesn't operate on the inside sometimes like hill does so no 10+ rebound games like we have gotten from hill a few times.

He's decent from the corner. The great thing about Grant is that he understands his own weaknesses. There are a lot of players who suck equally as bad from behind the 3-pt line, but they continue to shoot it. Hill know what he does well and what he doesn't do well and he plays to his strengths. That is what makes him a great player.

He was tired by the end of the game. Even though we tried to control the speed, it's still a lot faster than the average game and he played way too many minutes. At least Giricek could have played some of his minutes to give Hill a rest.

Hill is the most consistent player on this team, and the only criticism of his game is that he plays like he is in his 20s when he drives to the rim, and thats more of a mother's concern than a criticism.

Im getting old...

I would guess Strawberry will get inserted back into the rotation and Diaw will start in Hill's place and get more minutes.

Alando Tucker was sent back down this week to the D-League in Albuquerque.

Whoops forgot about Strawberry......in that case, put Strawberry in there

With Diaw in the starting line up, im sure he'll have a good game. Strawberry will add the much needed perimeter defense that D'Antoni still ignores.
