The Arizona Cardinals' statement following the 2025 NFLPA report cards:"Our goal is to provide the best possible environment, facilities and resources and to give our team the greatest opportunity to succeed. We are working hard to achieve that. Last season, we shared with our players the plans for a new training facility at the existing Tempe location with a targeted completion date of 2027.

We have hired Rossetti, a leading architecture firm that has worked with a number of NFL teams on their new facilities, and the design process is underway. We will continue to explore all the other ways - large and small - that we can get better in every single area of our operation."

This renovation is expected to be $100 million, the Cardinals say. They last updated their facility (built in 1990) in 2015, but that renovation only included $15 million of improvements.

Yay. Now MB will spend even less to improve the product on the field. A $100 million silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Each team gets a 450 million dollar check from shared tv revenue from the NFL each year. This isnt going to hamstring the cardinals and their FA

The thing that is alarming is the treatment of families.
Did you read the details of the family section? if not, you should. I swear to the casitas it gave me more context.

I'm really interested in the mechanics of how this happens. The footprint of the Hardy Drive facility seems tiny compared to some of the other teams you see on, like, Hard Knocks or something. The Ravens have a winding drive through a gate into their facility, for example.

There's a break between mid-January and... August?... when you can relocate the office staff to UofP or somewhere offsite, maybe?

I think it's a mistake to keep the same site. It's small and space is very limited.

If they are going to invest it should be a new larger location. The usual lack of imagination and ambition from Bidwill.

I'm not familiar with the site or current building, but could they maybe... add another floor?

Obviously you don't want to have a training facility in a high rise, but if they go from 1 story to 2 or 2 to 3, they potentially multiply the available space accordingly.

There is lot of wasted space there at the top and they could put parking underneath any building freeing up a ton of room. Three fields is plenty.

Another view! And maybe we'll buy some of that land across Warner.

It’s currently three stories, and the players area is in the basement/below grade.

Just to watch the last hard knocks on HBO Max and you’ll get an idea of how outclassed this organization is.
