Hamstring lands Yankees C Posada on DL (AP)

Yankees catcher Jorge Posada has gone on the disabled list with a hamstring injury. The All-Star was injured while sliding during Monday night's 6-4 loss against the Boston Red Sox. He had injured the same right hamstring earlier in the season but avoided the DL. Yankees manager Joe Girardi expects Posada will be sidelined two to three weeks.
