Harry Kane is set to undergo a scan on his right ankle just days before England’s second World Cup match against the USA. The Three Lions captain limped out of the stadium and had his ankle strapped after a heavy challenge by Iran’s Morteza Pouraliganji in the second half of the 6-2 Group B win in Doha on Monday afternoon.
