Corey Hassel hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the 18th inning to lead Oklahoma State to a 6-3 victory over Texas in a game that that ended early Saturday after nearly seven hours. The game tied for the longest in Cowboys (20-9) history, and was the longest for the Longhorns (17-13) since they beat Boston College in 25 innings during the NCAA tournament in 2009. The junior from Stillwater came up with two outs and two on after Gage Green walked and Hunter Hagler was hit by a pitch, blasting a 1-2 pitch from Andy McGuire over the left-field wall to end the game after 6 hours, 51 minutes. Each team used nine pitchers, and combined to leave 39 runners on base - 20 by Texas and 19 by Oklahoma State.
