Hate Mail sent to HOU's Coleman

University of Houston officials said the FBI is investigating racially charged e-mails and calls directed toward the Cougars basketball team, and specifically junior guard Aubrey Coleman after he was ejected for a flagrant foul in last Saturday's overtime loss at Arizona when he appeared to step on Chase Budinger's face.

Maybe if Coleman or Penders had apologized or taken any responsibility for the foul on Chase, there wouldn't have been a backlash.

Did you hear Penders the other day blaming ESPN for purposely editing the footage of the foul to make it look intentional? LOL! Right, Tom. ESPN's goal in 2009 was to go out and "get" Aubrey Coleman. What a joke.

Penders is a scumbag and Coleman is a thug.

He did apologize. Obviously justifying these actions shows you have no issue with racial bigotry which gives a good look into your character. The guy is a kid, he did a stupid thing and is paying for it, but for you to justify this sort of hate is ignorant

I don't get why the hatemail would be racial. Just because Coleman is black and Budinger is white doesn't mean that's why he stepped on him?

I mean when Budinger got fouled by Harden hard at the end of the game and "helped" him fall, was that racial? Was it racial last year when Budinger hammered Darren Collison late on a breakaway? Not everything is racial.

Chase's plays were hard fouls, what Coleman did looked to be dirty, beyond just hard, but didn't mean it was racially motivated unless he said something to indicate that.

I never said the racial hatred was justified. Any criticism he gets for being a dirty player is justified, IMO. Penders is really the one w/no character, but anyone who follows college basketball already knows that.

It's kind of ironic that you call my character into question when you are the one who admitted to helping your sister commit fraud. Hypocrisy much?
