i know someone on here posted this rumor, but my other brother (he who never posts) called me in a panic saying he heard this was a done deal on sports radio in phx. is he having a drug-induced flashback or did he hear correctly?

I heard Kemp saying it was a good rumor because of where it came from and he could see it happening......blah.

Keep in mind, just before that, he was also arguing with someone about how so and so baseball player wasn't very good cause his dad saw him play and his dads a really smart guy.

Well, his dad dared to reproduce and the result was Bob Kemp! As far as I'm concerned his old mans intelligence will forever be suspect.

you know - if they did make this deal - maybe Plaxico is a guy they go after? Him and Fitz would be pretty scary - would get us our Speed guy without a history of serious injuries - although what's Plax is a more serious head-case. Just a thought - didn't say it was a good one. Good lord - who knows what this offseason's gonna be like.

to be honest, we might be able to do better - but not a whole lot better IMO. He's a guy with major injury concerns and no matter how much people love him for putting up great stats his first year(yet not making a difference on the offense at all) - I think people here WAYYYYY overrate him.

I mean someone in an earlier posts wanted two number one's - that's insane.
