Michigan State basketball will look to advance to the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament on Friday afternoon in a battle with the Oregon Ducks.
The Spartans have been waiting for their first opportunity in the Big Ten Tournament, with Michigan State earning the double-bye as the No. 1 seed. Oregon knocked off Indiana on Thursday afternoon, and will now face Michigan State in their second game of the tournament.
Michigan State won the lone meeting between these two teams in early February. The Spartans had to overcome a poor start and double-digit deficit to beat the Ducks at home. That win sparked a strong finish for the Spartans, who won eight of their final nine games to win the Big Ten championship by three games.
Oregon has also played very well since the last time these two teams met. The Ducks have won all eight of their games since they lost to the Spartans at the Breslin Center.
Here's how to watch the Michigan State basketball game, including time, TV schedule and streaming information:
TV Channel: Big Ten Network
Start time: 12 p.m. ET
Michigan State 76, Oregon 70: Michigan State doesn't really need this game as they seem locked into where they're going to be in the NCAA Tournament. So could there be a letdown game finally? Potentially. But, I do think Michigan State matches up well with the Ducks and will again have a big second half to propel themselves to the win.
ODDS: Michigan State minus-5 1/2
Over/Under: 143 1/2
