The back-to-back defending Calder Cup champions are the first team to clinch a spot in the 2025 AHL Playoffs.
After a 5-2 win over the 2022 Calder Cup champion Chicago Wolves on Mar. 16 the Hershey Bears are the first team to clinch a playoff spot.
The Bears currently lead the Atlantic Division with a record of 37-15-5-1 and 80 points. They lead the league in road points percentage with a 20-3-4-1 record.
Hershey defeated the Coachella Valley Firebirds in both the 2023 and 2024 Calder Cup Finals.
They look to join the 1960-62 Springfield Indians as the only teams to win three straight Calder Cups.
