Yeah, seriously. The book was was a Best Seller and the author, comedian Greg Behrendt was a consultant on Sex and the City, where the idea for the book came from.

I am curious to see how it is reviewed and how it does at the BO.

Greg Behrendt's first stand-up routine was pretty funny. I like him. His take on Halloween and "rocking the Spiderman costume" was hilarious.

Early reviews are bad and its not surprising. The financial success of Sex and The City has spawned an entire genre of materialistic, superficial chick flicks that are pretty much just sexist.

The common theme seems to be that the only way a woman can make it in the real world is by applying her love of shopping or fashion to an "adult profession" and the only thing women ever talk about is their social lives.

Scarlett Johansson, He's Just Not That Into You...

So, I agreed to watch this movie with my wife last night. Knowing it was a classic "chick flick", I really wasn't all too excited about it at all.. However - Ms Johansson was amazing!!!! She more than made the time invested in this move soooo well worth it!

I've got to say this was the WORST movie I saw in 2009! My wife was reading a magazine half way through this and even she admitted she hated it. We gutted it out to the end. I guess we just weren't that into it.
