Juggernaut (real name: Cain Marko) is a fictional character in Marvel Comics' universe, a former supervillain and current reluctant superhero. He was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in X-Men (volume 1) #12 (July 1965).
Cain Marko is the step-brother of Charles Xavier, founder of the X-Men

found that in one Google search btw.

They are Step Brothers.

Xavier's dad died and his mom got remarried to Cains(Juggernaut) father when Xavier was 10 years old.

Don't they share a genetic parent (thus, they're both genetic mutants)? Or, is it just a coincidence that they both happen to be mutants? If they share a genetic parent (ie X's mom gave birth to Cain 10 years afetr Xavier) then they're half-brothers, not step-brothers.

They do not share a parent. And Juggernaut isnt a mutant really. He got his powers going to a ancient temple and touching something called a Crimson Gem of Cyttorak and, upon touching it, was transformed by its mystical energies into a human juggernaut.

Here is his full story. You can find full stories on all marvel characters here as well. It is actually really interesting they give you every detail imaginable.

Huh. I coulda sworn he was a mutant. I knew his helmet was mystical in nature, but I thought hius strength came form his genes.

He's Charles' stepbrother. In the comics he wasn't a mutant, but he will be in the movie. He'll likely be introduced as Charles' half-brother, or even brother for the film. I can't see them explaining his origin any other way when so much of the trilogy has focused on people being like they are because of their mutant genes.

Slight Spoiler

Vinnie Jones plays Juggernaut in the Spring 2006 movie X-Men: The Last Stand. Juggernaut's powers in this version are the result of mutation, and he is a trusted lieutenant of Magneto. He has no links to Professor Xavier beyond the fact that both characters are portrayed as being British - albeit Juggernaut speaks with Jones's less refined accent. His helmet, as opposed to the dome with three holes (one for each eye and another for the mouth) instead seems to be a dome which nonetheless leaves his face completely exposed more resembling Magneto's helmet.
