With the 2024-25 high school basketball season over, all-state teams have been released.

On the girls side, the Houma-Thibodaux area had all-state representatives in each of the five classes. In Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A, four players made all-state teams, representing three different schools.

Zya Broden, senior, St. James​


Broden helped the Wildcats to an appearance in the Division III non-select playoffs while being named All-State honorable mention.

Maddie Carey, senior, Covenant Christian​


Carey closed her high school career by being named an All-State honorable mention in Class 1A.

Caroline Galliano, senior, Covenant Christian​


Galliano was named an All-State honorable mention in Class 1A after helping lead CCA to a playoff win in Division IV select.

Kayleigh Pierce, sophomore, Houma Christian​


Pierce averaged 18 points per game and led the Warriors to the Division III select playoffs before being named second-team All-State in Class 2A.
