Rich Hill allowed three hits over seven innings and the Chicago Cubs moved into a tie with Milwaukee for the NL Central lead with a 3-2 victory over the Houston Astros on Wednesday night. Hill (9-8) struck out seven and walked three as the Cubs won for the third time in seven games and snapped a four-game losing streak at Minute Maid Park.
