Peyton Hillis is inactive for the Cleveland Browns against the San Francisco 49ers, the second straight game the starting running back has missed because of a strained left hamstring. Wide receiver Braylon Edwards is active for the 49ers on Sunday for the first time since he had surgery on his right knee, which was injured in a loss against Dallas in Week 2.
