Trevor Hoffman didn't second-guess the pitch that cost him another blown save and Greg Maddux another shot at win No. 350. Bengie Molina homered on a changeup from Hoffman with one out in the ninth to tie the game at 1, and the San Francisco Giants went on to beat the San Diego Padres 3-2 in 13 innings Wednesday night.
