If we could sign Holiday and find a way to draft Terrel Suggs our D-line would be set. I hope we see a Holiday signing tomorrow!

Too bad we couldn't get sam adams and holliday...

I would take okefor in place of adams....if need be.

Suggs with holliday bryant kvb would be a good line to build on...throw in wakefield, (davis if resign)...And I would say we would have a pretty good line in terms of talent. Hopefully the production would match.

Will Suggs be there? I don't think he will. If Leftwich falls to us, I hope we don't take him. I would trade down with a team looking for a QB...maybe trade for an existing WR.

If Suggs is there, however, we better take him!

Yuck, no Sam Adams for me....

But seriously, did you see him getting his butt handed to him in the Super Bowl? He is waaaay too fat, and I think he is the type of player that cares more about himself, than his team. He also looks like he is on the decline.

I'll stick with Tanner, if Adams is the alternative. Sure Adams is the superior player, but at 3 times the cost, and his attitude and weight haven't always been in check.

Holliday is the number 1 guy right now, although I'm sure the media and the front office will talk it up tomorrow like Emmitt Smith is. It's good to hear we're still talking. The other two teams involved are the Chiefs and the Seahawks, we should be able to outbid both. Today's signings should only help get Holliday, as would signing Smith.

I think it does look like a long shot to get Suggs at number 6, but I'm starting to wonder if we can get Antwan Peek in round 2. Peek is the only guy coming out who is even close to Suggs' explosiveness. He had deceptively poor numbers his senior year because, from what I understand, the Cincy D changed his responsibilities.

I wasn't taking adams character into account...just his play...

Yeah he got himself handed...well his a$$ handed to him in Superbowl...but he still is a good player..

He's another alternative to okeafor....maybe he wouldn't fit in here..

We need some good players at dl..not mediocre/backup players at dl..we have enough there..we need 2 impact players on the dl..and I think we will be set...(assumption:bryant turns it around)
