Trainer Patrick Biancone was suspended for one year Friday by Kentucky racing officials for violations of horse medication rules. Biancone, one of the nation's top trainers, was sending out early favorite Irish Smoke in Friday's Darley Alcibiades -- the feature race on the first day of the fall meet at Keeneland Race Course.
