The Lebanon baseball team kicked off conference play this week, dropping a pair of games to Frankfort.

In game one, the Tigers lost 13-4.

Lebanon took a 1-0 lead in the first inning, getting an RBI-single from Bryce Nelson. But Frankfort scored four in the second and eight in the third.

Willie Shelton added an RBI-hit in the fifth.

Nelson, Joe Susong, Chase Rubi, Andrew Kaylor and Shelton had hits. Luke Dunhsee struck out six in four innings of relief.

In game two, the game was tied at 1 after three innings, with a sac fly from Rubi providing the scoring. Nelson, Jamil Phillippe, Kaylor and Nate Kouns had hits for the Tigers.

The Tigers are scheduled for play Clinton Central and Beech Grove on Saturday.
