Winning this series is great for our confidence going forward. We know we can compete with any team. Who knows if robbie ray pitches instead of medlen??

Wasn't there a similar situation that went against the D'backs a season or two ago?
The way the rule is written if you are a defender covering a base and you miss the ball, you no longer have the ball or are fielding the ball so you need to be out of the way. It's not always possible to immediately get out of the way but that is what you are supposed to do.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe that we have lost a series yet, have we? We tied one.

BTW, Hinch can blow me. Take away that call and DBacks win 2-1, instead of 3-1.

Here is what Alex Bregman said about it.
You must be registered for see images attach

They did collide but then when Bregman turned around to go after the ball, you can see clearly he kept his right foot out in front of Pollock to at least try to slow him down. There was no reason to have his leg out like that unless he was trying to slow him down. Pretty obvious.
