How did we win Four Games in a row convincingly early in the season?

Including Boston? That's more than a third of all of our wins over 56 games.. I think the odds of that happening just randomly would be less than 1%. What was so different about that streak that they can't do that now? The coaches should really be studying that time frame... Or maybe not, with only a third of the season left we maybe we should just hope for Zion or bust...

Defense. It was very good during that stretch. Melton was a big part of it.

We were healthy. Since then we've been mostly without Booker, Warren and Ayton who were either out or playing hobbled or playing their way back into shape. And we probably got some help from uninspired opponents.

I think the issue was that Games 2-4 of the streak were right after Ariza was jettisoned. It's like when a team fires its coach and everyone gets a surge of confidence and energy.
