It shouldn't take long, since there's nothing to argue about. (They're eligible for anything between 80% and 120% of the scale number, but I remember reading that basically everyone gets 120% pretty much automatically.) Does either of them have contract issues with their foreign clubs?

Here is what Bryan Colangelo said about Barbosa:

Question: Are there any contractual obligations in Brazil?

Colangelo: No. he becomes a free agent with his contract shortly after June 30. June 30 of this year, his contract will expire with his club in Brazil. Right now he does hot have an official letter of clearance from FIBA because the contract still exists, but once that expires, there's actually no buyout that I'm aware of.

I'm not sure about Zarko. This doesn't really clear it up, but it sounds like Zarko has no obligations in Europe (from the Tim Shea chat):

Question: Any chance Zarko will go back and play for a year in Europe?

Shea: No, he's ready to play. This kid was only 18 and he was playing in the second division.

This is what Zarko had to say:
Suns.com: If you’re drafted, is it your intention to play next season in the NBA, rather than overseas?

Cabarkapa: My personal opinion is I can play in the league. That’s no problem and I have a long summer to get ready for that. Obviously, the coaches and summer leagues could help me get ready for that. I think I can help a team immediately.
