I rewatched a lot of the Panther game, and I really like his effort on every play. He pretty much bottled up Peppers. Nice, strong blocks. Good receiver too. Will Pope and/or Patrick step it up?
Anyone have an update on him?
Someone is going to have to step up to fill that void! He's out for the rest of the season (two more victories) with a torn ACL.
I think we bring in Elton Brown and run the hell out of the Jumbo package like we did late in the Carolina game when Hightower ran his balls off for a FG and 8 minutes of game clock.
Doesn't that telegraph the run? At least with Spach, there was the possibility that he could run a route and catch the ball.
Yes and no. It takes away the threat from the TE but our WRs are still on the field

That is if Q can go.With Q and Fitz, it's dangerous to think we WON'T throw the ball. Those two are like a 4 WR set by themselves.

Good deal!He will go GUARANTEED!
you guys are idiots
Please ban this fool.

Telegraphing a run would be a great thing the Cards could do to run playaction/fleaflicker type plays.
Unless you are in a goalline or short yardage situation when you occasionally see teams throw to one of their eligible tackles. No, you'd never pass out of a jumbo package.

When you feel like imposing your will it is the way to go. In their last meeting with the Steelers the Ravens used the jumbo for atleast 3/4s of their offensive snaps.Doesn't that telegraph the run? At least with Spach, there was the possibility that he could run a route and catch the ball.
