How much longer until Stephen Drew is called up?

Drew is starting to tear it up in the Pacific Coast League and I wonder how long until the Diamondbacks give him a shot? I think they can play Drew at short and either trade Counsell or Hudson. Boston is in need for a second baseman as Loretta is struggling.

Unfortunately Counsell and Hudson are two of our only good players. I think the Dbacks will have to tank it a bit more before he gets called up. Though, since Im a realist and I know how bad our pitching staff is, I know that even if we do somehow win the terrible NL West, we'd be bumped in the first round by St Louis. So we should bring up as soon as we can. Maybe Counsell or Hudson could net us a quality pitching prospect or two, we really need it.

No way you trade Hudson. He is a gold glover.
As for Drew he has been on fire. He has a 13-game hit streak. He at first couldn't hit the off speed stuff but now he can hit everything. Plus his defense is unbelievable. His range is some of the best I've seen in the game. He is the real deal and I think they will wait at least until midseason to call him up at the earliest.

It would be tough to see Counsell go.... He's a solid leadoff hitter for us and is very reliable in the field. Call me crazy but I don't think he would be much of a downgrade defensively at 2nd if Hudson were to go. However, Hudson is much younger and we need to let him at least try to adapt to NL pitching. At this point, I would much rather see Q come up and get some time in RF
