The defending Big 12 champion Arizona State football team will hold its third spring practice on March 29 at 6 p.m. at the Kajikawa Practice fields off Rural Road. It will be the first practice open to the public.
Construction on an apartment complex overlooking the practice field will make the lot adjacent to the field inaccessible. Fans are encouraged to park across the street in Lots 58 or 59 and across Rural Road to the facility.
NCAA teams are allowed 15 practices during the spring session. ASU plans to practice on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with the final session being a Fan Fest on April 25. Tentative plans are for the Saturday practices to be open to the public, but that can change.
ASU returns 17 starters from a squad that went 11-3 and appeared opposite Texas in the Peach Bowl. The group of starters includes quarterback Sam Leavitt and wide receiver Jordyn Tyson. Tyson was a full participant in the first two practices after collarbone surgery, which sidelined him for the last two games of the 2024 season.
