After rallying to win from a double-digit deficit against Garfield Heights, Louisville High School earned a berth in the Division III OHSAA boys basketball state championship game.
"I just simply told them, 'Let's write another chapter,'" Louisville head coach Tom Siegfried said.
Louisville penned a comeback to remember, roaring back to beat Garfield Heights 49-48 before 4,120 fans in a rocking Field House.
Brayden Gross scored 19 of his team-high 24 points in the first half, grabbed 11 rebounds and assisted on the two biggest shots of the game for the Leopards (23-5), who felt like they had 4,000 of the 4,120 fans in the gym cheering them on.
"I can't describe this," said the 6-foot-7 Gross, surrounded by a throng of Louisville supporters on the Field House floor. "It's a top-5 moment of my life to be honest with you.
"One more game."
